Individual sessions
Initially, there is a 75-minute consultation where we both get an opportunity to meet each other and where you can get a sense of how I work and find out whether what I offer could be of use.
Prices
Body psychotherapy sessions
Initial consultation (75 mins): £60
Ongoing sessions (1 hour): £60
1.5 hour sessions: £85
2 hour sessions: £110
Phone or online sessions are same fees as above.
Dynamic Nature Alignment
Pre-outdoor session (75 mins): £60
Outdoor session
1 hour: £60
1.5 hours: £85
2 hours: £110
Cancellation policy
If the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the session the full fee is required.
If the session is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the session, 50% of the fee is required.
I’ve tried to make my cancellation policy fair, as life is not always predictable, and sometimes missed appointments can’t be helped. Equally, I can only see a certain number of people each week, and refilling the space is unlikely. I may be able to offer an alternative time, either online or in person, without extra cost, but this may not be possible.

Please be mindful that the low-income prices are there for people who are struggling financially due to their circumstances, and that I can only afford to offer these places if enough people pay the standard rates. It is purely based on trust and no proof of income is ever necessary.
